All merchandise offered through the Site is sold on a wholesale, business-to-business basis by the pallet, half truckload, or full truckload. Products are not sold to individual consumers for personal use, and no consumer protection provisions applicable to retail sales are implied.

Liquidation, overstock, and returns-grade merchandise may include shelf wear, incomplete packaging, missing accessories, or non-functional units. Listed quantities, pallet counts, and manifests are estimates unless otherwise stated and may vary from the exact contents of a given load. Buyers are responsible for evaluating suitability of merchandise for resale.

Prices displayed on the Site are estimates and are not binding until confirmed in a written quote or invoice. Orders are subject to inventory availability at the time of confirmation.

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quote or invoice. Merchandise is reserved only upon receipt of payment in accordance with the agreed terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1001743933 ONTARIO INC. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or resale of merchandise. See our Refund / Returns Policy for further detail.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
